Wedding & Event Lighting in Harrisburg & Central PA

Your venue,

in your colors.

LIGHTING & DESIGN PACKAGES

The fastest way to make a room yours.

Every venue hands you a starting point you didn’t choose: a chandelier you can’t move, carpet that clashes, corners the overhead lights never reach. Lighting is how you make that room yours without changing a thing about it.

It’s also the backbone of your photos. The color on the walls is the color in every wide shot and every candid your photographer takes after dark. Get it right and the whole gallery reads warmer and richer, closer to the night you actually remember.

We start with the room you’re in, not a package. We look at what the space gives you, what it’s missing, and the moments that matter most, then build the lighting around your colors and the arc of the night. Dinner looks one way. The dance floor looks another.

Ways to light the room.

Most weddings use two or three of these together. Tell us your venue and we’ll tell you which ones it actually needs.

A DJ booth with turntables and a laptop is set up in a dimly lit event hall with blue lighting and round tables arranged for guests.

Uplighting.

Fixtures set along the walls, washing them floor to ceiling in a color matched to your palette. The single biggest change for the money, turning plain drywall, ballroom partitions, or a bare tent into a finished, deliberate room.

A bride and groom share their first dance on a white floor in an elegant, softly lit ballroom with seated guests watching.

Intelligent lighting.

Moving, programmable fixtures that follow the night. Warm and still through dinner, alive once the dancing starts, run in sync with your DJ so the room builds with the music instead of sitting flat.

Elegant banquet hall with long dining tables, white floral centerpieces in tall vases, and dim warm lighting under chandelier fixtures.

Pin lighting.

Narrow beams dropped precisely onto each centerpiece, the cake, and the head table, so the details you planned read in the room and in photos instead of vanishing into a dim reception.

A banquet hall set for an event with round tables, white chairs with dark sashes, and pink-lit artificial trees as centerpieces under purple lighting.

Full room color wash.

The entire room saturated in one color on cue. We hold it back through dinner and bring it up for the grand entrance, the last dance, and the late-night stretch, so the big moments look nothing like the minutes around them.

Tent & outdoor lighting.

Open-air and tented receptions don’t behave like ballrooms and shouldn’t be lit like them. String lighting overhead, perimeter wash along the sides, and focused light on the floor, all spec’d for your tent and your site instead of borrowed from an indoor kit.

Dance floor lighting.

Light aimed at the floor itself, drawing a clear edge around where the party happens. The quiet difference between guests lingering at their tables and guests getting up.

String and café lighting.

Warm bulbs strung overhead to bring a tall barn, a loft, or a tent ceiling down to a softer, human height. The glow most couples already picture when they imagine the room, and it photographs beautifully.

A decorated indoor event space with string lights, a lit Christmas tree, and snowflake patterns projected on the wooden ceiling.

Seasonal patterns.

Projected gobos like snowflakes, leaves, and florals bring the season into the room, adding subtle texture and atmosphere to walls, ceilings, and floors — instantly enhancing the mood and tie the space into your overall design.

Crystal chandeliers hang from a high wooden ceiling, casting intricate light patterns, with white fabric draped across beams in an event space.

Custom projections.

Personalized graphics, hashtags, monograms, or pattern washes projected onto walls, dance floors, or ceilings to match your event style and branding. Anything that uses a gobo, we can design, customize, and run.

Light does the heavy lifting.

Lit by the people who designed it.

Matched to your palette.

We pull your colors before the date and dial the fixtures to them, so the walls read the shade you chose and not the nearest preset.

Built for your venue.

We’re a preferred vendor at venues across Central PA, so we already know how these rooms take light, where the power runs, and what the ceiling allows. Nothing gets solved on the day.

We own the gear.

The fixtures are ours and our team runs them. No rental drop-off, no wondering whether the freelancer shows. The people who design your lighting are the ones in the room running it.

“The uplighting and intelligent lighting made the room look spectacular.” — Eric G.
