Event Drapery & Scenic Design in Harrisburg & Central PA

Your room, reshaped.

Drapery & Design

Cover what you don’t want. Frame what you do.

Drapery is the fastest way to transform a space without renovating it. It covers what you would rather guests not see: the loading door, the tired wall, the exposed ceiling. And it frames what you want remembered: the head table, the ceremony, the entrance. Soft fabric warms a hard room and gives a plain one a sense of occasion.

We design and install drapery for weddings and corporate events across Central Pennsylvania, including Lancaster, York, Hershey, Camp Hill, Carlisle, and Mechanicsburg. Most rooms need only a treatment or two to feel completely different. We help you find which ones.

What we drape

A treatment for every part of the room.

Rustic event venue with round tables, black chairs, white tablecloths, string lights, and draped fabric under wooden beams. A few people are setting up the space.

Ceiling treatments.

Sheer fabric swept across the ceiling to bring a soaring barn or tall ballroom down to a warmer, human scale, often run with string lighting woven through it.

A chandelier hangs above a table set against white drapes illuminated with blue lighting in an event space.

Backdrops.

A clean fabric wall behind your head table, sweetheart table, stage, or cake. The surface most of your photos are taken against, and the simplest way to turn a blank wall into the focal point of the room.

A banquet hall set for an event, with round tables and chairs covered in white linens, purple uplighting on the walls, and chandeliers hanging from the ceiling.

Wall draping.

Full-height fabric along the perimeter to cover what the room came with (dated paneling, mismatched surfaces, exit doors) and reset the whole space. Washed with uplighting, it becomes the color story for the night.

A bride and groom stand at the altar holding hands during their wedding ceremony, surrounded by their wedding party, in a decorated indoor venue with white drapes and stone walls.

Ceremony draping.

Crossed or swept fabric behind the couple that frames the vows and gives an open or plain space a defined altar.

A bride and groom walk hand-in-hand under sparklers, exiting a barn with "Shannon 2021" displayed above the entrance, surrounded by cheering guests at night.

Entrances.

A draped entryway that tells guests the night has started before they reach the room. Built for grand entrances, and for the sparkler exit at the end of the night.

A wedding ceremony setup under a white tent with rows of white chairs, hanging lights, draped fabric, and floral arrangements along the aisle.

Tent draping.

Liners that turn a bare tent frame into a finished room: ceiling sweeps, leg drape, and bistro lighting designed for the structure you are using, not adapted from a ballroom kit.

Done properly

Beautiful, and built to hold.

Installed safely.

Every install uses fire-rated fabric and professional, code-compliant rigging, so a backdrop that looks beautiful also clears the venue’s requirements.

Chosen for your room.

A curated fabric range, sheer to opaque, color to neutral, sized and selected for the actual space instead of pulled from a standard kit.

Designed with your lighting.

Because we run your lighting too, the drape and the light are planned together, so the fabric is lit the way it was meant to be seen.
